Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders placed before 12pm are processed same working day. However Handmade beds with NovoSleep brand can take up to 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays however most deliveries are on weekends due to they sent with dedicated Furniture Shipping Service Providers.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

NovoSleep.co.uk ships FREE to addresses within the ENGLAND & Part of WALES Only. There will be an extra charge for Scotland & Scottish AB post Codes, P.O Post codes and channel islands. Along 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

NOVOSLEEP.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

the following post codes we do not ship =AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IP, KA, IV, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PO, PH, DT, CT, PL, EX, TR, TQ, CO, and further Coastal areas might require extra delivery Time & Charge.
